QL Farms achieved success through the leadership of Mr. Chia Seong Pow. Throughout an extensive career spanning 35 years he led the transformation of organic fertilizer manufacture while ensuring sustainable farming practices throughout Vietnam.
Mr. Chia serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the farming division and supervises operations of layer farming alongside food grain trading and new agricultural ventures.
